Psychosocial Rehabilitation Paraprofessional (PSR-I)
As our Psychosocial Rehabilitation professional, you will engage the adult client in implementing a treatment plan based on their self-identified goals and objectives, service needs, strengths, barriers, and support systems. Using this plan, you will provide psychosocial rehabilitation services to adults with a mental health condition, sometimes with a co-occurring substance use disorder or developmental disability. These community-based services focus on building skills, fostering personal development, and creating supportive environments to improve daily functioning. The goal is to promote stability and help individuals access the services they need and increase their functional ability. Stability is measured by fewer hospitalizations, reduced crisis episodes, and increased participation in community or work activities. Tailored support helps individuals manage mental health and substance use challenges while enhancing their overall recovery and functioning.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Professional and courteous communication (verbal and in writing) and knowledge of and sensitivity to culturally diverse populations.
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR);
- Clean Criminal Back Ground Check (no conviction or credible evidence of abuse, neglect, or sexual exploitation-child or adult)
