About this role:
As a Behavior Technician, you will manage an assigned caseload of 25–32 clients ranging from 4 years old to adolescence, working independently or collaboratively as part of a team. You will meet with clients and their families in community settings, schools, or their homes approximately 1–4 times per month. Your work will focus on identifying behavioral triggers, teaching clients effective coping strategies, and educating families, caregivers, and professionals (such as teachers) on behavior modification techniques to support positive behavioral changes.

Does the following apply to you?
- One (1) of the following:
- High school diploma and at least 1 year of experience working with children in direct behavioral support or parenting services
- Associate’s degree in any field and at least 6 months of experience working with children in direct behavioral support or parenting services
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Sociology)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid, unrestricted fingerprint clearance card
- Valid Arizona driver’s license, current auto insurance, and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
