About this role
A person in this position functions in a high-level managerial capacity and is responsible for the efficient operation of all programs in the assigned regional jurisdiction. Work activities are performed with a high degree of independence in following and understanding corporate policies and procedures and program regulations. Reporting responsibilities are to the Chief Operating Officer or their designee who provides direct supervision for this position.
Ensures that all programs within regional jurisdiction operate in compliance with waiver regulations and corporate policies and procedures; maintains close contact with subordinate directors to keep fully apprised of program functioning and to appropriately deal with situations which require attention or corrective action to ensure the efficient operation and meeting of program goals and expectations.
Participates in preparing budgets and ensures that expenditures and income expectations are followed; meets with Operations Directors as needed to assist them in their decision making on expenditures throughout the course of the budget year; has a full understanding of the underlying reasons for expenditures and/or reduction in income and reports to the Chief Operating Officer with supporting documentation; ensures that unit of service documentation is accurately maintained in compliance with regulations; reviews monthly operating statements.
This position provides direct administrative oversight to a team of Operation Directors and/or other administrative staff responsible for the provision of residential and non-residential service in compliance with the Consolidated, Person/Family Directed, or Community Life Waiver regulations.

Does the following apply to you?
- Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of experience working with programs for the developmentally disabled and at least four years of experience in high level managerial and supervisory work.
- Willing and able to obtain PA Certified Investigator certification
- Valid PA driver’s license and a good driving record
