About the Role 
Clarvida is seeking an innovative and purpose‑driven Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations at our Oasis program for older adults on site. This full‑time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $44.00/hr, leadership responsibilities, professional growth, and the chance to shape high‑quality behavioral health service delivery. 
As Clinical Manager, you will directly supervise clinical staff, lead treatment programming, ensure compliance with policy and regulations, and contribute clinical services when needed. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, oversee quality assurance, and help build a culture of empowerment, client independence, and recovery. 
Responsibilities 
  • Oversee all clinical services at the site (individual, family, group therapies) 
  • Consult regularly with leadership on program performance and needs 
  • Facilitate staff meetings and lead treatment teams 
  • Provide direct client care as assigned (intake, therapy, discharge planning) 
  • Coordinate with external clinicians, medical staff, and nursing for treatment integration 
  • Submit reports and oversee quality assurance and utilization reviews 
  • Audit charts for clinical documentation and compliance 
  • Provide training and education to community agencies and stakeholders 
  • Participate in program development and case reviews 
  • Enforce HIPAA, ethical standards, and professional boundaries 
  • Manage department budgets and administrative duties 
  • Transport clients when required for community relationships 
Required Qualifications 
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field 
  • Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in California (2+ years of licensure preferred) 
  • Minimum 5 years of mental health experience, including 2 years post‑licensure leadership 
  • Clinical, case management, group leadership experience 
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills 
  • Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience with Short Doyle / Medi‑Cal programs 
  • First Aid / CPR certification 
  • Experience in quality improvement or program evaluation
