The Opportunity

As an Advisory Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll engage senior decision-makers, unlock new opportunities, and deliver strategic solutions that transform how leading institutions operate. 

About the Team

You’ll be part of a Korea-based team that works closely together and has strong experience in navigating competitive markets. The team values collaboration, practical thinking, and finding solutions that genuinely meet client needs. 

Reporting to the Country Manager, you’ll operate with autonomy and accountability, backed by strong leadership that empowers decisive action and results.

Must Have

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in the Korean IT industry.
  • Proven sales experience with large financial industry and enterprise groups.
  • Strong relationships with C-level executives and key IT decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value, and multi-year enterprise deals.
  • Ability to build and execute strategic account plans.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, and data center solutions.
  • Experience leading the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to contract closure.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial deal management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate internal teams, partners, and global stakeholders.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Business-level English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor.

Good to Have

  • Existing customer relationships within KB, Hana, Toss, Kakao, GS, Doosan, SeAH, DB, or the savings bank sector.
  • Sales experience in financial services, digital platforms, or large Korean conglomerates.
  • Experience selling hybrid cloud, private cloud, AI infrastructure, or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise software subscription, ELA, or consumption-based contracts.
  • Experience working with system integrators, cloud service providers, and channel partners.
  • Experience developing new strategic accounts and expanding existing accounts.
  • Understanding of financial industry regulations and security requirements.
  • Experience competing against major global infrastructure and cloud vendors.
  • Experience managing regional or global account stakeholders.
  • Strong internal leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
