Accounts Payable Specialist

Keystone Precision Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to work at our headquarters in Allentown, PA. Here, you’ll manage our AP function with high attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in an environment that encourages initiative, integrity, and excellence in customer service.
What you’ll do
You will play a vital role in supporting our accounting team with essential AP administration along with maintaining positive relationships with team members and vendors. Day to day, you’ll:
- Manage invoices through email review, resolve discrepancies, print all invoices along with packing slips, and enter into accounting software (MAS) for payment
- Enter deposit checks by customer into MAS for both Keystone and KeyNet companies
- Review AP invoice amounts against prices in MAS
- Handle weekly ACH/Check run, printing out checks to pay vendors
- Process monthly credit card expenses, enter credit card payments, and email receipts
- Maintain company vehicle spreadsheet and review DLL Availability report
- General office duties as needed, including: answer/direct phone calls, receive and distribute office mail, coverage for accounts receivable, and order office supplies.
What you need to thrive in this role
- 3+ years’ experience in an accounts payable or related role
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite and accounting software (Sage/MAS 100 or 200 preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in data entry and record-keeping
- Exceptional communication and problem solving skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and vendors
