Client Success Coordinator

You'll play a vital role in donning your project manager hat to create processes for our internal teams to adhere to ensure customer success in their packaging process.
At Reed-Lane, we are dedicated to excellence in pharmaceutical packaging. Located in Wayne, NJ, our team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality packaging solutions to our valued customers. Our office staff is onsite 100% of the time to collaborate with and support the packaging plant and their day-to-day efforts.
What you’ll do
As the Account Manager/Client Success Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, helping to develop packaging records for the packaging site to deliver finished goods to the customer. Your day will include:
- Gather order information from sales to understand customer requirements
- Be the point person for customers communicating directly to understand their product, artwork, packaging components, etc.
- Create processes for each customer, document, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve customer results
- Partner closely with purchasing, shipping, warehouse, engineering, etc.
- Ensuring timely delivery of orders within budget while meeting quality standards
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries related to product specifications and order status
What you need to thrive in this role
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service/account management role within an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including spreadsheets, presentations, and email
- Process-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding ability to communicate and work effectively with customers and internal departments
- Detail-oriented, critical thinker, curious-minded, and effective time management
- Degree, preferred but not required
