Monarch Investment and Management Group, “Monarch” is actively interviewing for a  Perks Assistant to join our Franktown, Colorado Home Office team!
Part-Time (up to 28/hrs a week)
$24.00 - $27.00 an hour
Join our team as an Employee Perks and Employee Engagement Assistant, where you will assist the Corporate Perks and Events Manager in enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement. You will play a vital role in maintaining our perks and merchandise programs, coordinating inventory and communication, and supporting various company events.
Here are a few of the primary things you will be doing: 
MIMG Merchandise Store:
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to resolve restocking issues.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with Accounting for timely vendor payments.
  • Manage inventory for community visits.
Anniversary Program:
  • Send monthly anniversary communications to employees.
  • Maintain the MIMG anniversary email system.
  • Track and update monthly anniversary reports.
Promotion and New Experience Programs:
  • Manage inventory for the onboarding program.
  • Order and distribute gifts for promotions and new experiences.
Events:
  • Place and track merchandise orders for events.
  • Support and participate in company events as needed.
What we are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service with strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Canva and Contact Monkey a plus.
