Monarch is seeking a Full-Time, Multisite Leasing Consultant/Agent to join our team and assist with Leasing at all of our St. Cloud and Waite Park, Minnesota properties. 

The Multisite Leasing Consultant/Agent will assist Hiring Managers and Leasing Teams with keeping our occupancy rate high at Park Meadows, The Legacy of Waite Park, Gatewood, Pointe West and Upper Town Apartments. The right candidate must possess strong customer service, sales experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, schedule flexibility and professionalism.

A valid driver's license is required as you will need to travel to each property throughout the region regularly.

-  Compensation: $16 - $18/hour PLUS $50/$75 commissions per new lease

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

- Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing 
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
- Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor 
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
