The Role

Liferay’s greatest asset is the people, so this role is essential as you’ll be sporting the full employee lifecycle, and will also help us hire excellent people to build our Liferay team.  We wear multiple hats in HR so you’ll work on other things as needed. Flexibility will be key in this role. Below are some of the responsibilities you’ll have. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of local benefit programs
  • Provide advisory support to employees
  • Administer payroll across multiple entities in EMEA
  • Oversee administration of our HRIS ensuring data integrity that will support the business needs
  • Coordinate and support recruitment activities
  • Help execute employee engagement activities 
  • Assist with the employee life cycle (onboarding and offboarding)

Preferred  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and preferably 1 year of experience in Human Resources
  • Fast learner 
  • Trustworthy
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Humble
