About You and this Role 
The Operations Analyst will play a key role in coordinating and managing critical processes, tools, and policies that support the smooth day-to-day operations of Liferay.  
As a Revenue Operations Analyst on the EMEA team at Liferay, you will report directly to the Revenue Operations Manager in Dublin, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Success, and IT partners to improve the productivity of the Sales team. You will be working with smart and driven individuals focused on delivering high-impact projects. 

  

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, data-driven, and have excellent analytical skills. Creating strategic partnerships with EMEA sales leadership and building efficient, scalable sales processes will be critical to success in this role. Software-as-a-service or other subscription-based work experience will be beneficial. If you are proactive, organized, have good communication and are willing to learn a lot about a decentralized multinational operation, this role is made for you! 

Key Objectives

  • Participate in high-priority projects including strategic planning, lead routing, forecasting, process improvements. 
  • Provide first-line operations support to the sales team. 
  • Analyze KPI and metrics to identify trends and data-driven insights; provide recommendations to improve sales effectiveness. 
  • Work with the global sales operations team to create and implement regionally sound business and system processes. 
  • Proactively track and analyze data to drive operational excellence in the Sales organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business. 
  • This role’s responsibilities will have equal admin and operational analyst tasks. 
    • Manage and maintain Salesforce processes 
    • Approve Order Forms for all regions 
    • Assist with Sales Ops commission reporting 
    • Assist with QBR & other ad hoc presentations 
    • Develop and implement sales process improvements 
    • Provide support and training to sales teams on Salesforce and other platform usage. 
    • Support GM’s and Sales team with ad hoc queries and support for initiatives 
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline sales operations 
    • Make recommendations & assist in complex projects to improve operational efficiencies 

Required Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce & Sales Tools 
  • Experience with Google suite products  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights from data 
  • Experience in process improvement and project management. 
  • Ability to train and support sales teams. 
  • Knowledge of sales operations best practices. 
  • Ability to multitask - switch seamlessly between different projects, adapt to changing priorities & meet deadlines  
  • Excellent communication skills - effectively convey complex information
