Shared Services Executive

The Shared Services role is a pivotal role within the organisation. Managing systems from the Sale of a contract through to invoicing the client. Setting up the system for clients, ensuring all billing information is accurately updated on the system, billing the services along with supporting the Account Managers and Billing Team with any queries. We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong attention to detail combined with an enquiring mind and a great ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

       Shared Services Executive Manager, UK & Ireland

Location:

       London & Nationwide - Temporary remote working due to Covid-19

 

Major Responsibilities

       System set up using contracts and billing requirement forms

       Daily management of outstanding billing information ensuring information is obtained in a timely manner so that the candidate engagement process can commence.

       Manage, review and authorise candidate referrals for invoicing.

       Investigate and resolve invoicing queries received

       Process Credits and Rebills

       Support the account managers and the billing team with any system/invoicing queries on accounts.

 

Required Experience/Characteristics

       Demonstrable experience in a billings + admin function within corporate finance team is advantageous.

       Proven experience of working in a matrix reporting organisation – multi teams and departments.

       Understanding the JDE finance system – Internal systems

       Proven experience in processing large number of billing invoices for complex client accounts

       Proven experience of processing credits and rebills

       Proactive and flexible approach to work.

       Professional approach when communicating with stakeholders.

       Excellent interpersonal skills – able to develop effective relationships at all levels.

       Experience of implementing effective systems to streamline and improve processes.

       Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative and independent decision making and attention to detail.

       Ability to prioritise workload to achieve KPI’s.

       Ability to work and remain calm under pressure and to meet deadlines.

       Excellent query and problem-solving skills.

       GCSEs (or equivalent).

 

What We Offer

       Contract: Permanent

       Contract Type: Full Time

       Hours: 37.5

       Schedule: 9am-5:30pm, Monday - Friday

       Salary: Depending on Experience

 

Must have required right to work in the UK
