Sales Development Representative  

The primary responsibility of the Sales Development Representative is to build the new sales pipeline of LHH through a combination of outreach to prospective clients, following up on LHH marketing campaigns and effective response to inbound leads. While we will provide the guidance and support to set you up  for success the opportunity includes conducting baseline research within targeted accounts and your ability to maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.

You will be working closely
with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve overall sales targets.  

This entry level role will suit someone with a passion for B2B sales and a commitment to developing their career in consultative sales environment. To be successful in the role you will bring some sales  experience, preferably for services or where consultation with customers was required.

You’ll have a
positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations. Attention to detail especially in the utilisation of our SalesForce database will be important and the ability to demonstrate this systems utilisation experience will differentiate you. You will be operating in a low ego, high achievement, strong  work ethic environment. We’ll be looking for someone who enjoys this dynamic.

Major Responsibilities  

Pipeline Building  

Build sales pipeline through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, following up on  marketing campaigns, and inbound inquires  

Set up introductory meetings via telephone; coordinate calendars and send out calendar invites  

Accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established criteria  

Sales Support  

Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings  

Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities  

Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in our CRM  

Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve overall sales targets  

Required Experience  

A positive, self -starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity  

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work  

Strong written and verbal communication skills  

The highest level of integrity  

Low ego, high achievement, strong work ethic  

Bachelor’s Degree  

0-3 years sales experience
