We are seeking a senior leader to spearhead our AI Delivery Manager for key US-based clients across the retail, manufacturing, logistics, media, and telecommunications sectors. The primary purpose of this role is to transform business opportunities into successful, long-term partnerships by ensuring exceptional project execution, with a specialized focus on Artificial Intelligence and its sub-branches. You will have a significant impact on our growth by taking full ownership of the project lifecycle, from scope and budget to schedule and quality, while managing the operating profit and loss for your delivery unit. This position is integral to our expansion, requiring you to build a local delivery community from the ground up, mentor a distributed team, and implement best practices in SDLC and Agile methodologies. You will apply advanced project management techniques, including revenue modeling and budget estimation, to guarantee delivery excellence and drive client satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Position Title: AI Delivery Manager

 

Location: Remote - Colombia

 

What you will be doing:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects  for US-based enterprise clients across the retail, manufacturing, logistics, media, and telecommunications industries.
  • Assume complete ownership of project outcomes, meticulously managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality while overseeing the delivery unit's profit and loss (P&L) through effective cost optimization, budget estimation, and financial modeling.
  • Implement and uphold delivery excellence best practices, managing the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Leaders and Client Partners to proactively identify opportunities, manage client expectations, and ensure exceptional satisfaction by delivering on all business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the delivery unit's management team in collaboration with the HR Business Partner, fostering an environment of continuous growth by defining and implementing career development and succession plans.
  • Maintain effective staffing levels within the delivery unit and ensure clear communication of corporate values, strategic goals, and company updates to all team members.
  • Ensure constant communication with the customer and stakeholders (C1 level English required)
  • Travel to client sites and company offices as required by business needs.

 

Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Master of Science in Technology Management (MSTM), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a similar advanced degree in project management.
  • Advanced (C1) proficiency in English.
  • Experience successfully deploying complex AI-driven solutions into production.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management techniques and tools, with a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in financial management, including basic revenue models, profit and loss (P&L) modeling, cost-to-completion projections, project pricing models, project billing procedures, and budget estimation techniques.
  • Experience successfully deploying complex AI-driven solutions (Automations with AI, AI workflows, Natural Language Processing, ML models and others) into production
  • Proven track record of team-building, distributed team management, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong capabilities in developing and executing strategies to build and grow business from the ground up.
  • Solid understanding of basic AI tools and metrics of AI models for customer-facing situations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environments.

 

Nice to Have Skills
  • Desirable: Certifications or completed courses in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for machine learning, model versioning, and automated monitoring.
  • Experience with project management and documentation software such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Prior experience in client-facing consulting or pre-sales engineering roles.
