We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our growing Data & AI division. This role will focus on driving internal data product initiatives, including dashboards, reporting tools, and data enablement platforms that improve business decision-making and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong Agile delivery experience and the ability to work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. You’ll help turn ideas into actionable delivery plans, manage prioritization, and ensure consistent progress on critical internal projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality standards.
- Oversee the planning and execution of internal data and analytics projects (e.g., dashboards, data pipelines, reporting systems).
- Partner closely with Data & AI leadership and business teams to understand needs and define deliverables.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating requirements and managing expectations.
- Maintain backlogs, facilitate sprint planning, and drive iterative delivery of value.
- Track project status, identify blockers, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to ensure scalability, data quality, and usability of solutions.
- Help define and measure success metrics for data products.
- Contribute to a culture of Agile thinking, continuous improvement, and transparency.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally with exposure to internal-facing data initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience forecasting and tracking project financials.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience managing sprints, backlogs, and delivery cycles.
- Experience working with modern data teams and data platforms or business intelligence tools (e.g., cloud data pipelines, reporting dashboards).
- Ability to gather requirements, manage cross-functional dependencies, and track outcomes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; capable of engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Monday.com, or similar.
Nice to Have Skills
- Exposure to tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Sigma, or AWS analytics services.
- Understanding of AI/ML initiatives and how data products support broader AI enablement.
- Background in business analysis or product management.
- Ability to foster collaboration across teams and departments.
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, B2 level or higher.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe SSM/SASM.
