Position Title: Junior+ Procurement Systems Analyst (Oracle Fusion)
Location: Colombia (Bogota)

 

What you will be doing:
This position is responsible for the daily management and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion self-service procurement module. The core focus is to ensure the system remains clean, usable, and effective for all end-users. A key responsibility will be leading the adoption of the "No PO No Pay" policy across all users and stakeholders. This role will serve as the subject matter expert, maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) repository as the single source of truth by writing and updating clear, concise process documentation for non-technical users. To further support system adoption, this individual will facilitate monthly virtual training and weekly office hours. Additional duties include building and running recurring reports in Oracle, performing data analysis on large datasets using Excel to identify trends, maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing small-scale system and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Oracle Fusion self-service procurement module, ensuring data integrity by monitoring data, resolving requisition and purchase order errors, and maintaining catalog content. 
  • Develop and build new reports and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards within Oracle, analyzing large datasets in Excel to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. 
  • Author, update, and maintain the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) repository, creating clear, concise process documentation and how-to guides for non-technical end users. 
  • Lead user adoption and compliance initiatives by planning and hosting monthly virtual training sessions and weekly office hours to support stakeholders and gather feedback for system enhancements. 
  • Apply basic project management principles to manage small-scale system and process improvement initiatives, collaborating with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.

 

Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion, specifically the Self-Service Procurement module, or a comparable enterprise ERP procurement system, with a solid end-to-end understanding of requisitions, purchase orders, suppliers, and catalogs. 
  • Intermediate experience with ERP reporting, including running recurring reports, building new reports and KPI dashboards from scratch within Oracle, and interpreting data to identify trends. 
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and the ability to analyze large datasets. 
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and how-to guides tailored for non-technical end users. 
  • Proven experience facilitating virtual training sessions and office hours for business users to support system adoption and continuous improvement. 
  • Basic project management skills suitable for leading small-scale system or process improvement initiatives.
Nice To Have:
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, for data visualization and advanced reporting. 
  • Exposure to additional Oracle Fusion SCM modules beyond Self-Service Procurement, such as Sourcing or Supplier Qualification Management. 
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, for instance, Lean or Six Sigma. 
  • Experience in change management principles to support the adoption of new policies and systems. 
  • Possession of an Oracle Cloud Procurement Certification or a similar professional qualification.
Soft Skill:
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to write clear, concise SOPs for non-technical users and effectively facilitate virtual training sessions and office hours. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, essential for interpreting ERP reports, analyzing data for trends, resolving system errors, and recommending process improvements. 
  • Proactive ownership and initiative, with the capacity to lead the adoption of new procurement processes and manage small-scale system or process enhancement projects. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail, crucial for maintaining data quality through daily system cleanup and ensuring the accuracy of reports and KPIs. 
  • Effective stakeholder engagement, with the interpersonal skills to support cross-functional interactions, understand user pain points, and collaborate on solutions.
