Position Title: Business Analyst for Warehousing
Location: LATAM
What you will be doing:
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive efficiency and innovation within the management and Warehouse industry. This role is critical for bridging the gap between complex business processes, identifying areas of improvement in the operation, stakeholder requirements, and technical solution delivery.
This person will be responsible for evaluating current warehouse processes and operations, anticipating future needs, and leading the development lifecycle from concept definition to timely implementation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, clarify objectives, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure project success, and support decision-making processes.
- Workflow diagrams, process maps, and architectural overviews are expected deliverables to help visualize system interactions and data flows, aiding troubleshooting and stakeholder understanding.
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, acceptance criteria, and user stories to illustrate requirements.
- Must have a mix of business and technical knowledge, especially familiarity with web applications, APIs, EDI, and SaaS/on-prem solutions, to manage integrations and system configurations effectively
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather input from stakeholders and team members.
- Participate in Sprint planning sessions and manage tier two support tickets, focusing on resolving feature issues and coordinating changes with vendors
- Assist in testing phases by validating requirements and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Sufficient autonomy to reduce escalations and speed up issue resolution, directly impacting user satisfaction and internal process agility.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvements.
- Support long-term transformation goals by enabling smoother integrations and configuration management, which are critical given the company’s ongoing use of legacy systems and the planned growth in email management capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
