Shipping Lister – C Shift

Overview: Responsible for accurate case scaling, palletizing, order fulfillment, and safe operation of shipping equipment. Ensures inventory accuracy, supports rework activities, and maintains a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and perform basic maintenance on auto scale and reweigh station

  • Stack 45–50 lb boxes repeatedly by product code

  • Assist with rework and case repair

  • Submit daily scale adjustment reports

  • Maintain sanitation of work area

  • Safely operate forklift and pallet jack

  • Load trucks by hand or equipment (up to 50 lbs per case)

  • Accurately fill customer orders using Telxon

  • Report shipping issues to Supervisor or Lead

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)

  • Ability to pass Prove It test

  • Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs

  • Valid forklift/pallet jack license or ability to obtain

  • Ability to work in cold environments

  • Ability to learn new procedures (barcode scanner, stacking grids, equipment)

  • Familiarity with computer systems

  • Variable hours; excellent attendance required
