MANIFESTOR – GROUND BEEF (2ND SHIFT)

General Description

The Manifestor is responsible for ensuring all product leaving the Ground Beef department is accurately documented, labeled, and verified according to customer and company requirements. This role supports production by completing correct paperwork, confirming product specifications, and assisting with equipment setup and minor troubleshooting. The Manifestor plays a key role in product accuracy, traceability, and workflow efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete all required manifesting paperwork accurately, including product changes, box information, film verification, and date coding.
• Verify product to ensure it meets customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Assist with setup and teardown of packaging equipment as needed.
• Support operators by helping set up additional equipment for production runs.
• Identify and resolve minor machine or labeling issues to maintain workflow.
• Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to ensure correct product flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental needs.
• Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
