Integrated Campaigns and Events - Marketing Program Manager - Mexico City - Hybrid
Description
- Work in collaboration with the Corporate Events and Integrated Campaign Managers to support integrated campaigns and programs, corporate events and tradeshows, and special projects as assigned.
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining all operational elements of marketing campaigns and programs to support the business, troubleshooting as necessary with respective vendors.
- Work cross functionally to adhere to work-back schedules for promotions and communications specific to programs and events.
- Review programs and project deliverables via intake briefs and schedule scoping meetings as needed.
- Set up and maintain up-to-date project work plans and calendars and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Handle day-to-day operational aspects of the campaign and underlying projects, using weekly team meetings to coordinate.
- Work with the Integrated Campaign Managers to update a unified view of the global marketing portfolio of campaigns and programs and maintain an integrated marketing calendar/roadmap.
- Provide weekly status updates to program and project owners, as well as our execs.
- Assist in building and/or updating decks as needed to drive exec reviews and status updates.
- Coordinate and participate in corporate event planning meetings, take notes and actions items, send out information and status reports.
- Manage event timelines, resources, and processes.
- Support the full cycle of event logistics including but not limited to arranging for tradeshow services, freight, signage, demos, product displays, collateral, raffles, and other services/purchase as needed ensuring all are completed on time and within budget.
- Update and manage exhibitor resource centers including but not limited to company, speaking and product information, insurance, expo registration, hotel, social media, etc.
- Work directly or with 3rd party companies to secure venues for events.
- Coordinate event staffing, schedules and hotels.
- Update and maintain event specific information, reporting spreadsheets and websites.
- Work with vendors, e.g. exhibit house, promotional, printing, audio/visual, etc. to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.
- Prepare, pack and ship trade show and exposition materials.
- Participate in post-show reporting and evaluation.
- Work with marketing operations to ensure all tracking requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting. Manage a cadence of reporting, analytics, lead flow and monitor program performance with a focus on optimization and driving quality pipeline
- Work with finance and accounts payable from vendor onboarding through invoice payment and with legal department for contract review.
- Maintain expenses, process purchase orders, invoices and reconcile event and campaign related budget items, ensure department compliance with established standard policies and procedures.
- BA/BS in marketing or business, or comparable education/experience.
- 5+ years relevant experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Organized, results driven; demonstrate track record of success in all key areas of responsibility.
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and collaborative skills to work independently and in a team environment and manage projects with many moving parts.
- Initiative-taking and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong collaboration skills to interact with key stakeholders in the business groups, marketing, field and channel sales teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to produce results on time and within budget.

- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Workfront, Monday.com, 6sense, Folloze, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to travel on occasion.
- Resides within Mexico City and is able to commute to the office.
