Receptionist/Office Administrator (6-month fixed term) - Mexico City - Onsite
Description
- Be the first point of contact, welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage front desk operations including phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Keep the reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces organized and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when needed.
- Support meeting scheduling and setup, including refreshments and materials.
- Liaise with building management and service providers for maintenance or facility issues.
- Provide general administrative support to the local team.
- Worked as a receptionist, office administrator, or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or tech environment.
- Gained experience coordinating office operations and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Used Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and managed office equipment confidently.
- Handled responsibilities requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, fluent in both written and spoken communication.
- Friendly, professional, and customer service–oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to perform basic physical tasks associated with office support, such as moving supplies or setting up meeting spaces.
- Able to work onsite in Mexico City, Monday through Friday.
