Sr Marketing Programs Specialist - Email Marketing
Description
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, nurture sequences, and promotional campaigns.
- Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communications.
- Write and edit engaging email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing email templates that are mobile-friendly and optimized for various platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, and layouts to improve open and click-through rates.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; generate reports on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion, and ROI.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
- Continuously research industry trends and best practices to improve performance and innovation in email marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing is a plus.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
