Federal Business Development Manager
Description
- Partner with the Sr. Sales Director to shape tactical and strategic direction.
- Drive growth through identification and capture plans for large Federal Programs.
- Sell through VARs and FSIs; position Gigamon for long-term program success.
- Collaborate with Account Reps, Inside Sales, and Presales Engineers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Represent Gigamon at industry events and customer engagements.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Contribute to product strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
- Top Secret Clearance Highly Preferred
- Strong past performance with SES level Federal Clients, and System Integrators
- Previous success working large Federal Programs
- 10+ years in Cybersecurity, Networking, Network Security, or Cloud sales.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and sales excellence.
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and disciplined forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, technical background a plus.
