We are currently seeking a highly driven Operations/HRIS Manager to join our Human Resources team in Austin, Texas. The HR Operations/HRIS Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining Human Resources best practices and leading global initiatives supporting benefits administration, HRIS and reporting.

Performance Objectives

  • Develop, implement, maintain HR operational policies and procedures
  • HRIS system integrity, functionality and system enhancement oversight
  • Act as a consultant to managers and employees in conjunction with HR SME regarding policies and procedures
  • Ownership of the creation and maintenance of all job descriptions
  • Management of the HR Operations Analyst
  • Compliance -HR & Governmental compliance - Reporting
  • Keep apprised of country, federal, state and local laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Manage all US EEO1, AAP, and all other applicable reporting requirements

Competitive Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years experience as an HR Ops Manager, HRIS Manager required
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRIS systems; strong preference to candidates with UltiPro experience
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills and abilities
  • Experience developing HR policies and procedures
  • Experience leading an HR function
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative, global environment
