What You’ll Do

- Collaborate with product managers, product marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand product features and functionality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand for our diverse audience of users.
- Continuously improve and update existing documentation based on user feedback and product updates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all customer-facing materials.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in technical communication and incorporate them into our documentation processes.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven experience as content designer or technical writer, preferably in the SaaS or software development industry.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity. Writing samples will be requested.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce Knowledge, Digital Adoption Software (Appcues, Pendo), Content Management Systems (Madcap Flare, Adobe Framemaker).
- Experience with basic HTML, CSS.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
