We are currently seeking a highly driven Associate Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, India. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating integration requests from clients to determine full scope and provide an estimated work effort.
- Contact vendors or customers as needed if we have information gaps to be filled.
- Writing data integration specifications for developers.
- Working with expiry calendars and holiday calendars for vendors as part of specification writing.
- Testing data connections from various source locations – mainly API, sFTP and vendor websites.
- Answering questions that come from other teams within Trading & Risk (developers, support team, etc.)
- Working with the BA team members to ensure our documentation stays up-to-date.
- Understanding of different vendors and how to find information for each one.
- Following a project through its full integration life cycle to ensure we are staying on track to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- A desire to learn our team process and continuously learn about new vendors and procedures.
- Previous BA work is preferred (2+ years).
