We are currently seeking a Technical Advisor to join the RatedPower team. Performance Objectives      
  • Provide assistance to customers via email or conference calls. 
  • Optimize the designs of clients for better and more realistic results maximizing the value that the product delivers. 
  • Provide technical support and training sessions to both current and potential clients. 
  • Assist the corresponding Customer Success Manager in their assigned markets. 
  • Provide technical support to the Marketing team to generate content. 
  • Improve customer onboarding processes. 
  • Evaluate and improve client tutorials and other communication infrastructure. 
  • When discovering new features, help ideate potential solutions & improvements alongside the Product team. 
  • When launching new features to production, being part of the Quality Assurance team ensures that everything in the product is working as expected.
      
Competitive Candidate Profile 
     
  • 1-2 years of experience with a degree preferably in Mechanical, Industrial or Energy Engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication in Proficient English (C1).
  • Knowledge in the design and development of solar PV plants.
  • Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or Renewable Energy.
  • Knowledge of the Solar PV market.
  • Work experience in solar PV.
  • Passion in finding the best solution to customer questions/issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mind with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong work ethic, team player, and eagerness to learn.
  • Sociable, curious, open minded and creative.
