The Coach’s main objective is to maximize All Access member engagement. All Access is the EntreLeadership coaching program that seeks to provide community and support to business leaders, along with practical application for the EntreLeadership principles. This goal helps drive the customer relationships and interactions that are formed through the tool and resources of our All Access coaching program.

The perfect candidate for this position will have the following credentials:

  • Must love people and love serving them.
  • Experience in communicating and consulting with high-level businesses
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Success in relationship management and retention/renewal strategies
  • Must be comfortable with problem-solving and not flustered by ever-changing processes and systems.
  • Ability to express empathy and ownership; ability to defuse critical customer situations

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Successfully and promptly onboard new All Access Members
  • Facilitate Mastermind Peer Group Calls
  • Answer All Access member technology and engagement questions
  • Identify opportunities and implement strategies for usage improvement
  • Create positive client experiences with each and every interaction
