We are seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join our team. As a Sr. Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding talented Team Members to join Ramsey Solutions and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Partner with Hiring Leaders to understand Business Unit needs and goals.
- Use different sourcing methods to identify and attract Applicants, including an ATS, CRM, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role and organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify blockers, think critically and solve problems.
Skills Needed to Win:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior level positions across different disciplines.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
$85,000 - $120,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
