You’ll scale paid search, paid social, and paid display, PPC/pay-per-click, and programmatic campaigns that drive acquisition and build brand awareness, collaborate with business stakeholders and analyze results to further optimize performance.

What Winning Looks Like:     
  • Lead the planning, creating, implementing, optimization, analysis and reporting of paid advertising/paid media campaigns.
  • Manage strategic initiatives such as keyword expansions, restructures, testing, remarketing, targeting and strategic bidding strategies.
  • Work closely with design and writing teams to create and optimize world-class ads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders via excel spreadsheets/pivot tables, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders as well as collaborate on whole processes with content strategists, writers and editors (you’re not working in a silo alone)
Skills Needed to Win:     
  • 2+ years of experience managing $25K+ in monthly paid spend across several platforms 
  • Experience working with tools like Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and/or FB Ads/Meta Ads
  • Creative analytical thinker with testing experience  
  • Currently leveraging AI tools in their day-to-day role
  • E-commerce experience is preferred with major platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Adobe, or Wix, but is not required
$56,000 - $83,200/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
