We are looking for a Guest Service Coordinator to super serve and give an excellent experience to each guest visiting Ramsey Solutions Headquarters.         
         
Cover the Front Desk         
         
What winning looks like: Welcoming our guests with intentionality to make them feel valued and informed.         
   
  • Greeting our guests with a warm welcome at the visitor entrance
  • Informing our guests of all the things happening in the Ramsey Atrium that they can experience and partake of during their visit (including the shows they can watch).
  • Track amount of people coming to RS Headquarters
  • Welcome potential team members and VIP guests by name when Ramsey is expecting them
  • Check Vendors in and out
  • Thank our guests for coming to visit and tell them to come again
         
Operate Baker Street Coffee Shop and Bookstore         
     

What winning looks like: Serving each guest with excellence and giving them an amazing experience      

  • Greet visitors and answer questions about product and all things Ramsey related
  • Provide complimentary beverages and baked goods while replenishing and restocking all coffee-shop related goods
  • Ring up any purchases from bookstore
  • Keep a clean, safe, organized area and follow Health Inspection rule
