We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Money Personality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic presenter with a deep understanding of Ramsey money principles and a passion for educating and inspiring audiences both on stage and/or on camera. This role requires a strong ability to connect with people, communicate complex financial concepts in an accessible manner, and motivate individuals to take positive financial action. Our ideal Personality will have experienced firsthand the hope and life-changing transformation of following our financial principles and is eager to share this knowledge with others.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations on personal finance topics to live and virtual audiences.
- Develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with our audience and aligns with our mission.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for our organization, representing our values and principles with authenticity and passion.
- Collaborate with our content team to create educational materials, including videos, articles, and social media content.
- Engage with our community through various channels, including social media, webinars, and live events, to provide support and guidance on financial matters.
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in the field of personal finance and incorporating relevant information into presentations and content.
Skills Needed to Win:
- A superfan of Ramsey Solutions, who has walked out the 7 Baby Steps in their own life and experienced life-changing transformation as a result.
- Demonstrated experience as a public speaker, presenter, or educator, with a proven ability to engage and inspire audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of Ramsey personal finance principles, including budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts clearly and accessibly.
- Passion for helping others achieve financial success and a strong commitment to our mission.
- Familiarity with our organization and its core principles, ideally through personal experience as a follower of our content.
- Always in tune with the “pulse” of the organization; a demonstrated track record of influencing, listening, building trust, and affecting change.
- Collaborative business partner with a desire to build meaningful and lasting relationships characterized by mutual respect.
