With that said, we are seeking an experienced and charismatic EntreLeadership Personality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic, knowledgeable and an engaging communicator, on stage and on camera. The candidate should have a deep understanding of leadership principles, business strategies, and personal development. This role requires a passion for teaching and mentoring others, as well as a commitment to our mission of empowering small business owners and leaders to achieve their goals.  

What Winning Looks Like:  

• Deliver engaging content on stage and on camera for EntreLeadership digital courses, workshops, and live events.
• Engage with our community of entrepreneurs and leaders through shows/podcasts, and social media.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to small business owners, helping them implement EntreLeadership principles in their businesses and lives.
• Collaborate with the EntreLeadership team to create and refine educational materials, resources, and tools.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in leadership and business management and incorporating relevant information into presentations and content.

Skills Need to Win:  

• A super fan of Ramsey Solutions.
• An experienced small business owner who has applied EntreLeadership’s core principles within their business operations and leadership style.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring small business owners, guiding them to achieve their goals and navigate challenges successfully.
• Exceptional communication skills on camera and on stage, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively, fostering understanding and motivation.
• Strong passion for entrepreneurship and leadership, with a deep commitment to helping others succeed and thrive.
• Professional certifications or accreditations in leadership or business management are advantageous but not required, indicating a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
