Ramsey Solutions is looking for Client Relationship Managers to help serve existing customers and onboard new business!
What Winning Looks Like:
- Regular communication with existing customers, WATCH THIS VIDEO!
- Maintain high monthly retention of client base
- Maintain detailed notes of all interactions and activities with accounts in our CRM
- Lead group coaching video calls with clients
- Foster a high level of accountability with clients
Skills Needed to Win:
- Prior sales or client relationship experience preferred
- Ability to build relationship and serve all type of business professionals
- Willingness to travel on occasion
- Experience using the Microsoft office suite is required
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
