The Project Coordinator will be responsible for evolving the planning, organizing, and coordinating activities, processes, and artifacts related to the Accelerated Learning and Development Program for the engineering team at Ramsey Solutions.         
          
The role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Accelerating learning through mentoring is the methodology being used to grow team members and YOU will play a vital role in taking it the next level and making it even better!         
          
What Winning Looks Like:         
  • Evolve the Accelerated Learning & Development Program, covering needs assessments, training plans, and delivery methods
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Learning & Development program, from logistics to creating clear internal communication artifacts
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for alignment with organizational goals
  • Research and recommend resources and tools to enhance program effectiveness
  • Mature/Evolve program systems and artifacts for a world-class experience
  • Analyze and evaluate program effectiveness, while identifying improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain program metrics and reporting for business impact
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders, mentors, and team members
  • Develop and adapt the mentoring program, including training and progress tracking
  • Coordinate celebrations for team members completing program phases
Skills Needed to Win:         
  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination or operations type role
  • Current project management skills (i.e. prioritization, attention to detail and accuracy)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently at times, but also collaboratively in a team environment
  • Preferred experience in developing and implementing mentoring programs
  • Analytical skills is a plus
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective program material is a plus
$43,000 - $65,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits         
* Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
