Position Overview
Cyber B.A.T. is seeking a Training Course Developer-Instructor – Technical PROFORMA to support development of mission-critical applications and capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop technical course content focused on PROFORMA Signals Analysis (PSA) and formatted data communications.
- Deliver instructor-led training on technical PROFORMA concepts and methodologies.
- Design and maintain curriculum covering machine-generated formatted data communications.
- Develop instructional materials for military command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) applications.
- Create and update training content related to civil, industrial, commercial, and personal systems utilizing sensor- and control system-derived data.
- Develop technical lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, and student assessments.
- Instruct students on technical PSA principles, analysis techniques, and operational applications.
- Ensure course materials remain current with evolving technologies, operational requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support on-the-job training (OJT) initiatives and technical knowledge transfer.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance throughout course instruction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to enhance curriculum quality and effectiveness.
- Maintain instructional documentation and training materials in accordance with organizational standards.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or a comparable technical science field and four (4) or more years of technical PSA experience within the past ten (10) years.
- Two (2) or more years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development in military, academic, industry classroom, or on-the-job training (OJT) environments.
- Experience developing and delivering technical instruction related to PROFORMA Signals Analysis (PSA) or similar technical intelligence disciplines.
- Strong understanding of machine-generated formatted data communications and technical signal analysis.
- Experience supporting technical training for C4ISR, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, or related mission areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
