◆Project overview
One of the key challenges that our Japanese companies face is globalization, i.e., standardizing enterprise architecture globally. There are not so many Japanese companies that attempt to transform themselves to a global company and there are not so many opportunities of working on globalization, however in this SAP project for our major Japanese clients, as they are now shifting to a global company, you will be able to work on such globalization opportunity. If you fulfill your responsibility successfully and make this great transformation happen, you will get quite meaningful experience and bilingual coordination capabilities that majorities of the other Japanese clients show their interests for their globalization.
日本企業が直面している重要な課題の 1 つは、グローバル化、つまりエンタープライズ アーキテクチャをグローバルに標準化することです。グローバル企業への変革を目指す日本企業は少なく、グローバル化に取り組む機会はそう多くありませんが、当社のSAPプロジェクトでは、グローバル企業へのシフトが進む日本の主要クライアントを対象に、このようなグローバル化の機会に取り組むことができます。本プロジェクトを経験し、役割・責任を果たしていき、この大きな変革を実現することができれば、非常に有意義な（グローバルコラボレーションの）経験とバイリンガルの調整能力を得ることができます。
◆Roles and responsibilities
・Responsible for identifying gaps between centralized SAP and as-is business process/legal compliance, identifying requirements, to-be business processes/systems, leading/managing implementation and testing
・Understand global template (Functional coverage of globally standardized SAP, Global standard processes/policies)
・Understand high level local organizational structure incl external units, as-is business process flow, high level local as-is system architecture incl. interfaces, middleware and high level data flow
・Clarify as-is batch job scheduling, monitoring, error handling process and constraints
・Identify and prioritize gaps, identify high level requirements/NFRs incl. forms/reports/conversions (Uploading and downloading)
・Identify to-be integrations, to-be integration technologies and to make list of to-be interfaces with key attributes such requirements descriptions, real-time based/batch job, protocols, data types, frequency, data size etc.
・Make configurations as per the Japan requirements
・Make high level custom design for all the RICEF objects
・Prepare the test cases (for both configured and RICEFs custom functionalities)
・Discuss with offshore team the high level custom functionality requirements incl. integrations
・Review detailed design documents and UT/IT test cases
・Prepare the SIT test cases and test data and execute the SIT
・Clarify questions from the client team and from development team in a timely manner
・Support the client team and the development team in testing, training, master data preparation and data migration
・Communicate with the client team incl. end users
・Make a daily communication, weekly and monthly reports to the functional lead
職務内容
・SAP導入後のあるべき姿（to-be）と現状 (as-is) のビジネスプロセス/法令順守とのギャップの特定、要件の特定、将来のビジネスプロセス/システム、実装とテストの主導/管理を担当。
・グローバルテンプレートの理解（世界標準化されたSAPの機能網羅、世界標準のプロセス/ポリシー）
・外部ユニットを含む高レベルのローカル組織構造、現状のビジネスプロセスフロー、高レベルのローカル現状のシステムアーキテクチャ（システムアーキテクチャを含む）を理解する。インターフェース、ミドルウェア、および高レベルのデータフロー
・現状のバッチジョブのスケジューリング、監視、エラー処理のプロセスと制約を明確にする
・ギャップを特定して優先順位を付け、高レベルの要件/NFRを特定します。フォーム/レポート/変換 (アップロードとダウンロード)
・将来の統合、将来の統合テクノロジーを特定し、要件の説明、リアルタイムベース/バッチジョブ、プロトコル、データタイプ、頻度、データサイズなどの主要な属性を備えた将来のインターフェースのリストを作成します。
・日本の要件に合わせた設定を行う
・すべてのRICEFオブジェクトに対して高レベルのカスタムデザインを作成します。
・テストケースの準備（構成済み機能とRICEFのカスタム機能の両方）
・オフショアチームと、高レベルのカスタム機能要件について話し合います。統合
・詳細設計書とUT/ITテストケースのレビュー
・SITのテストケースとテストデータを準備し、SITを実行する
・クライアントチームや開発チームからの質問をタイムリーに明確にする
・クライアントチームと開発チームのテスト、トレーニング、マスターデータの準備、データ移行をサポート
・クライアントチームとのコミュニケーション（クライアントチームを含む）利用者
・機能責任者への日次連絡、週次、月次報告を行う。
◆Necessary skills and experience
Must requirements
・Japanese language skill (Native level:peaking/listening/writing/reading),
・Basic English skill (Reading, Writing)
・Business process knowledge in Production planning and controlling incl. QM for Pharmaceutical industry (Expiration date setting, Delivery judgment, GxP, MES integration etc)
・Business Blue Printing/Gap analysis experiences
・PP functional, technical configuration capability
3+ year experiences in SAP project experience (Full ASAP Lifecycle: 1.Project Preparation; 2.Business Blueprint; 3.Realization; 4.Final ￥Preparation; 5.Go Live; 6.Post production Support)
・Hands-on including Documentation
・Communication skill, Good Interpersonal skill and flexibility
・Physical, mental toughness
