- Transaction & Valuation Opinions (VAL)
- Lead workflows that will drive strategic decision making for our Turnaround & Restructuring, Performance Improvement, and Transaction Services sub-practice areas within the Corporate Finance practice
- Working with Corporate Finance leadership to drive strategy, growth, and results
- Drive management reporting, financial analysis, and other business-unit/practice-level analysis and reporting requirements
- Developing and driving business development and operational initiatives
- Prioritizing and executing business development efforts centered around identifying new referral sources while equally strengthening existing relationships
- Quarterbacking client proposals and presentations to increase and improve brand awareness in key market segments
- Supporting other client- and engagement-related activities (e.g., engagement letters)
- Bachelors degree or degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field;
- 5-10 years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment;

- Advanced excel and financial analysis skills including ability to concisely present information to senior leadership in a digestible format
- Ability to work autonomously while delivering high-quality, client-ready work products
- Excellent communication and written skills including very keen attention to detail and high proficiency in business writing
- Aptitude to develop insights and recommendations to business problems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/requests, prioritize changing work demands, and learn quickly
- Advanced PowerPoint skillset and strong Excel skillset required
- Familiarity with financial research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.)
