Campus Recruiting Manager
Description
- Provide leadership to Campus Recruiting team by developing team members, establishing objectives, and overseeing work efforts and project plans to accomplish identified business goals/objectives and to support the employees’ career success/development.
- Assess the effectiveness of the firm’s current campus strategies, identify enhancements, and develop a holistic plan with accountability and communication as the cornerstone.
- Build meaningful relationships with university representatives, career centers, key professors, and student organizations to expand our brand as a preferred employer. Find ways to make partnering with BRG easy to increase our reach at key schools and our access to top talent.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the campus recruiting landscape and historic recruiting data to identify the appropriate mix of targeted campus sourcing efforts and posting strategies to attract a high quality and diverse applicant pool to campus roles.
- Work collaboratively and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, creating and communicating a clear project plan and keeping stakeholders informed. Be responsive to the needs of these populations with a customer service orientation.
- Build KPIs and metrics to report on program milestones and measure success.
- In partnership with DEI Manager, develop toolkits and best practices aimed at increasing our pipeline of diverse campus candidates.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design the Early Career Branding & EVP Social Media strategies.
- Partner with experienced hiring recruiters to enhance the PhD recruiting program.
- Manage the campus budget and vendor relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in related field.
- 6+ years of campus/university recruitment experience.
- Experience designing, leading, and managing campus programs and initiatives.
- Strong project management, planning, and priority setting skills. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of the campus recruiting landscape and experience developing target school strategies, virtual sourcing and event strategies, and innovative approaches to attracting early talent to opportunities.
- Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on program initiatives.
- Experience with early talent sourcing platforms such as Handshake or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of DEI best practices and working towards a DEI-focused recruiting strategy.
- Competency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Previous experience with Jobvite, Workday, or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience at a consulting firm or professional service-oriented company highly preferred.
- Ability to travel ~30% during peak recruiting season.
Salary: $120,000-$160,000
