Job Summary

Meets with existing client base to understands their needs, enhance the overall relationship, and gather feedback on Ainsworth performance.



  • Knowledgeable in all services provided by Ainsworth and be able to articulate service offerings to meet client demands
  • Knowledge of Ainsworth Service activities to coordinate meetings with service delivery
  • Communicate with foreman, primary tech, and back office prior to client meetings to get proper feedback on client activities
  • Contact clients directly to set up weekly meetings.
  • Meet with clients to understand current and future needs regarding services
  • Discuss intelligently recent work performed and/or work proposed/quoted
  • Meet with additional contacts within building to generate referrals and additional prospects
  • Coordinate budget activities between Ainsworth back office and client
  • Responsible to enter client meeting and follow up data into CRM
  • Must follow up with clients with any items that were required/discussed during the meetings
  • Engage additional Ainsworth resources to help solve client issues as required and uncovered during site visit
  • Follow through on set quotas for number of clients met and information gathered as set by Director.
  • Bi-weekly meetings with Director and Managers to relay client feedback and coordinate follow up’s and marketing activities
  • Always conduct in a professional manner and in a way that promotes the Ainsworth brand in a positive and ethical manner


  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills
  • Must be able to communicate professionally with client, the office and in the field
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet with clients on a flexible schedule
  • Ability to resolve communication discrepancies and conflicts are a must.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in HVAC and or facilities maintenance industry.
  • Above average skills working with common business systems: Outlook, CRM systems, Word, Excel, etc.
