Position Summary:

As a senior member of the Human Resources organization, the HR Program Manager will contribute to the overall direction and growth of employee programs and policies across Ainsworth’s North American businesses. This role will have oversight for a range of full suite of Human Resources programs including employee development, engagement & business integrations. This position also conducts regular HR training for employees and managers, working closely with regional HR Business Partners.

This role offers leadership visibility and the opportunity to influence Ainsworth’s people strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, oversees and administers various human resource programs.
  • Leads the development and execution of HR programs including the completion of annual programs as well as the creation of new programs in alignment with the organization’s growth strategy.
  • Develops HR training programs and leads educational session for both employees and people leaders.
  • Researches, analyzes data and presents reports on HR trends, new HR project suggestions and current program goals and progress.
  • Develops, reviews and revises program policies and procedures.
  • Provides advice and counsel on updating and interpreting programs.
  • Supports and participates in the integration activities for newly acquired businesses.
  • Designs and produces HR metrics and analytics as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management experience in HR/People Programs
  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, collaboration teamwork and leadership experience
  • Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously and operating independently
  • Expert level experience with the Microsoft suite of products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
