Position Overview:
The Quality Specialist while located at the Carol Stream, IL technology solutions center site, this role will primarily support the Clifton Park, NY and Kent, WA logistics operations by helping to maintain and improve the Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS). This role partners with site leadership to support R2v3 and ISO compliance, internal & external audits, document control, customer issue tracking, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with experience in quality systems, process improvement, and operational reporting within a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.

- Support the maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Quality & Environmental Management System.
- Help ensure compliance with R2v3 (handling of EWaste responsibility), ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 and other applicable quality and environmental standards.
- Track customer-facing issues, assist with root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive action processes.
- Maintain document control processes to ensure procedures and records are current, accurate, and properly managed.
- Assist with all internal and external audits, KPI reporting, management review preparation, and site-level quality improvement efforts.
- Monitor quality-related processes within the logistics operation and support initiatives that improve performance and customer satisfaction.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience supporting or auditing R2v3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance in a quality-focused environment.
- Knowledge of operational planning, data analysis, reporting, and quality management processes.
- Experience evaluating customer needs, service quality, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with database or administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel to the other TCS’s at a minimum of twice a year.
Nice to Have:
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $60,000-$70,000.
