Position Overview:
The O2C Analyst (Order-to-Cash) is responsible for supporting receivables operations including invoicing, collections follow-ups, queue management and account reconciliation to ensure accurate customer balances and timely cash inflows. The role involves actively tracking outstanding invoices, resolving billing and payment discrepancies, and maintaining clean and up-to-date customer accounts.

- Monitor open customer invoices and maintain accurate, up-to-date Accounts Receivable aging reports
- Review and release sales orders held in the credit queue, ensuring all credit, compliance, and documentation requirements are met
- Manage and resolve O2C-related cases raised through CE/CRM systems within defined SLAs
- Generate, review, and validate customer invoices to ensure accuracy of pricing, quantities, tax, and billing terms
- Perform regular customer account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between internal records and customer statements
- Proactively follow up on outstanding receivables through structured communication, including emails and phone calls
- Investigate billing disputes, short payments, and unapplied cash, and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate customer account records, notes, and support documentation within the ERP/AR system
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and PMO to resolve order, billing, and payment discrepancies
- Ensure all collection and account-management activities are properly documented to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements
What you will bring to the team:
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C operations
- Practical experience with:
- Customer invoicing and billing validation
- Account reconciliations
- Collections follow-ups
- Ability to identify and resolve:
- Billing discrepancies
- Short payments and unapplied cash
- Working knowledge of AR aging and collections processes
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (filters, basic formulas, tracking)
- Strong communication skills for customers and internal coordination
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (Finance preferred), or an equivalent field
