Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow development, enterprise integrations, platform customization, workflow automation, and solution design.
This role requires hands-on experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, developing complex integrations with enterprise systems, optimizing platform performance, and collaborating with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to build innovative digital workflows.

ServiceNow Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio and Scoped Applications.
- Configure and enhance Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Variable Sets, Order Guides, and Approval Flows.
- Build and maintain solutions using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Automation.
- Develop reusable components, utilities, and framework-based solutions to improve platform efficiency and maintainability.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
Enterprise Integrations
- Design, develop, and support inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
Platform Engineering & Solution Design
- Participate in technical design workshops and architecture discussions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and optimize data models, workflows, and automation processes.
- Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Support platform upgrades, family releases, and enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and support runbooks.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development and integration.
- Build integrations using:

- Scripted REST APIs

- Microsoft Graph API
- Implemented secure authentication mechanisms including:
- OAuth 2.0
