ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The mission of the Sales Operations Business Application’s team is to support the Sales Team’s Systems and Applications that form part of the sales process, allowing our sales professionals to concentrate on seeking out new business, new logos and developing, existing customer relationships. We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Business Application to join our team. This role would be remote with very occasional travel to meetings if required. This individual will work specifically with our WW Sales Operations team.

 

Interface & Collaboration

Members of the Sales Operations Business Applications team collaborate with other sales colleagues worldwide including Sales Leadership, IT, Finance, Export and Legal departments, on a regular basis to support the Sales Objectives. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior managers to determine business-specific application needs.
  • Compile and implement application development plans for new or existing applications.
  • Troubleshoot reported system issues and provide end user support. Work with IT when required to find viable solutions and facilitate resolution of issues.
  • Manage user access and permissions, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to end users.
  • New User set up for Sales Tech Stack (Docusign, SpringCM, Sales Nav, Zoom)
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials
  • Deliver one to one or one to group training sessions
  • Create custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
  • Participate in the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
  • Assist with special projects to improve processes and/or technology.

 

ABOUT YOU

Core Competencies & Demonstrated Success

  • 5+ years of related professional experience
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  • Experience with Territory (SalesForce) and Lead Rule (LeanData) creation.
  • Experience with Lead to Cash processes
  • Constructive & open-minded personality
  • Desire to work in a team, contributing wherever necessary to ensure the “job gets done
  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work under pressure, particularly at quarter and year-end.
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Fluent English language knowledge, both written and spoken
  • Experience with Excel, Word, MS office, Sales Force/CPQ, Oracle
  • Ability to be flexible, multitask and get things done in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, ecosystem, and best practices.
  • Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Certified CPQ Specialist) preferred but not required.

 

EDUCATION

College degree or equivalent.

Compensation              

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is currently $101,800 to $130,000 plus bonus for residents in the states of Colorado, New York , and New Jersey; and $120,000 to $155,000 plus bonus for residents in the states of California and Washington, and the NYC area. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, 12 paid holidays.
