About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to provide strategic support for our Sales, and Finance teams. This is an ideal role for someone 1-2 years post-grad with a degree in finance or accounting, looking to gain comprehensive experience in reporting, data aggregation and synthesis, and business operations before advancing to business school or a career in business operations or even
finance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support and Financial Reporting & Reconciliation:
● Assist the sales team in preparing and analyzing reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive performance all in support of our revenue goals.
● Collaborate with the finance team to audit and reconcile financial reports, including daily sales reports (DSR), ensuring alignment between operational and financial data.
● Work closely with functional leaders across the organization to provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Data Integrity & Analysis:
● Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems, such as Salseforce, Cognos, and Microsoft Dynamics, performing regular audits and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
● Performs routine analysis of new and existing data from disparate sources and business processes to improve data integrity and completeness
● Verifies data directly with source as needed
● Researches and responds to ad hoc requests from stakeholders regarding data discrepancies, accuracy, usage, and business rules
 
Process Improvement:
● Identify opportunities for streamlining reporting processes and improving data transparency.
● Provide project support and oversight to maximize effectiveness of projects, keeping them on-track, on time and on budget.
 
KPI Refinement:
● Work with senior leaders to facilitate the development and refinement of department key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure they align with business goals and provide accurate visibility and accountability into operational performance.
● Support the training, tracking, and reporting of OKRs and KPIs to senior leadership.
Communication: Assist the team in creating presentation decks
● Provides ongoing status updates to all stakeholders
● Assists in supplying data to inform presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Ad Hoc Duties 
● M&A integration, supporting key initiatives, research and analysis to support vendor and client negotiations, etc.
 
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
● 1-2 years of post-grad experience in a finance or management consulting role.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Google Suite, experience with Salesforce a plus
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
● High level of integrity and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
