Talent Acquisition Programs Coordinator (Temporary Position)
Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Programs Coordinator (temp) to support the Talent Acquisition Programs team planning and execution of key talent acquisition programs, including onboarding, intern and early career initiatives, and recruiting events - related tasks. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for candidates, new hires, and internal stakeholders. You will partner closely with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives and tasks are executed with precision, consistency, and efficiency.
In addition to supporting program execution, this role requires a strong sense of ownership - someone who can proactively manage tasks, anticipate needs, and drive work forward with minimal oversight. This role is essential to delivering high-quality Talent Acquisition programs at scale. Your work will directly impact candidate experience, new hire integration, and the overall effectiveness of our hiring efforts.

Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of Talent Acquisition programs, including onboarding and intern/early career initiatives
- Assist in planning program timelines, communications, and logistics while taking ownership of assigned tasks
- Coordinate talent acquisition events, including career fairs and intern programming
- Support registration for professional and collegiate recruiting events
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination across programs, events, and stakeholders
- Build and maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and documentation to support operations and reporting
- Create and format presentations and materials to support program delivery
- Support administration of Talent Acquisition systems and tools, including Jobvite, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Support meetings by ensuring agendas are clear, materials are prepared, discussions stay on track, and next steps are documented and followed through
- Proactively identify gaps, solve problems, and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy and follow-through
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, program coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to take ownership of work, manage tasks independently, and drive execution forward
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated adaptability and ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, including building structured trackers, managing and organizing data, developing reporting, and producing polished presentations and materials
Ideally, the selected candidate will have:
- Experience supporting onboarding, Talent Acquisition, or early career programs
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, or onboarding tools
- Experience supporting recruiting events or campus programs
