Description

As a certified Indexer, this position should be able to correctly analyze and interpret contract documents to identify specific data elements in response to identified gaps or apparent errors in extracted data sets or as part of quality control reviews in strict compliance with the then-current documented guidelines for Sirion Legacy Document Migration. 
 
This is a PROJECT EMPLOYEE position with a planned duration of approximately 22 weeks.
 

Responsibilities

  • Encode/key-in required information from contract documents using the latest and updated Sirion Legacy Document Migration guidelines.
  • Capable of reviewing electronic images to perform the QA process of Verify/Compare to validate or update identified metadata gaps or suspected issues.
  • Capable of operating Sirion software according to provided instructions to update records metadata. Adhere to agreed processes, meeting required quotas, work standards, targets, and objectives.
 

Qualifications

  • Legal education or some legal experience is required.
  • Bachelor of Science or Trade degree in Computer or Information Technology would be a bonus. 
  • Experience with contracts, or education in the field of contracts would be ideal.
  • Professional experience as Business Process Associate is a plus.
  • Work experience on data encoding/data indexing of legal documents or contracts is a BIG advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools, especially Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • This position requires at least 2 working days on site in our office. The office address is Three/NEO Building, 18th Floor, 3rd Ave. Corner 30th St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1634.
