• Firewalk™ is working on a new multiplayer IP to be exclusively published by PlayStation
• Cauldron™ is developing a single-player, adventure-driven game
• Our RPG Team is creating a next-gen co-op RPG

The Role

We are looking for Project Manager, Business Operations to keep business operations organized, on track and moving forward. Reporting to the Chief of Staff/Director of Business Operations, you will be the bridge between Business Operations and the rest of the organization, embodying the company culture & values, and help drive organizational priorities.

What You Will Do
  • Drive and orchestrate various projects independently, with a broad set of stakeholders that have high visibility across the organization.
  • Serve as a connector across multiple functions and business teams, helping to translate high-level strategy into clear, executable goals to solve problems, remove roadblocks, and mitigate risk across the enterprise.
  • Meet with stakeholders to identify and update projects, staying ahead of action items and prioritizing deliverables.
  • Collaborate strategically with Business Operations Managers and Internal Comms to ensure business operations topics are communicated in a timely manner to various audiences.
  • Drive a project management culture across the org, spearheading efforts to elevate PM skills across the org, to connect cross-functional projects, and to train and coach on tools and methodologies.
  • Utilize your knowledge in process design, change management, and continuous improvement to support the rapid growth of our organization.
  • Work on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.
  • Regularly connect with internal customers and stakeholders to understand pain-points and drive a continuous improvement culture.
  • Manage highly sensitive and confidential information and exercise discretion.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years’ experience leading complex projects.
  • Lean, PMP, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications.
  • Proven track record of supporting senior level executives and working with cross-functional teams across complex organizations to drive results.
  • Superior organizational, project management, and communication skills, both written and oral, the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work independently with initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Able to combine ideas and inputs from multiple sources and deliver presentation decks, documentation, and knowledgebase updates.
  • Proven ability to build trust, confidence, respect, and effective working relationships among individuals at all levels of the organization and with stakeholders and business partners.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office products: MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; knowledge of SharePoint, Visio, a plus.
  • An excellent sense of humor and high tolerance for uncertainty amid shifting priorities.
