We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Strategy who is experienced in forecasting and analyzing our product portfolio.  Being able to be responsible for utilizing 3rd party data to build models and stress test financial conditions in the market. They will be expected to use both qualitative and quantitative approaches to analyze data, and develop strategic recommendations for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strategic and curious mindset and be able to think critically about market trends and financial data.

  • Proactive: You should be proactive in identifying potential risks or opportunities and making recommendations for improvement.

 WHAT YOU WILL DO:          

  • Maintain our product portfolio P&Ls to incorporate investment and development spend, video game specific KPI targets, and marketing promo activities for premium and free-to-play business models.
  • Utilize 3rd party data to build financial models and stress test market conditions.
  • Analyze financial data using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Develop and present financial forecasts for products in the video game industry.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of financial decisions on the overall business.

QUALIFICATIONS:          

  • Economic and financial knowledge of video games for PC or console platforms, from indie to AAA blockbusters.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio planning, P&L management or a related financial field.
  • Experience working in the video game industry is a major plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Experience with forecasting and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic and curious mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills is must.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and SQL is a plus.

Compensation:  
  • This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, exempt (salaried) position.
  • The full salary range for this position is $117,000 - $177,000 per year. The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. When an offer is made, many factors are considered, such as your unique experience and skills, where you live, where the work will be performed, what similar jobs pay, internal equity, and what you're looking for.
  • In addition to base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for additional incentives, such as a sign-on bonus and short- and long-term incentives. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
